Welcome back Nic Plowman

St Mary's College welcomed back Nic Plowman last week. Nic is an Old Boy from 1995 and a former Cultural Prefect leader of the College.

Nic took some time to visit the Edmund Rice Cultural Centre for the first time, to see his photo and profile as part of the Archives display in the foyer of the auditorium.

We are excited to welcome Nic back to Toowoomba in 2024 to be an Artist in Residence at St Mary’s College.

Graduate, Nic Plowman is an artist with a dedication to traditional and experimental practices. His narratives stem from his life experiences-living with a heart condition, facing cancer and surviving a near fatal accident. Plowman has been awarded residencies in Australia and internationally, and his work has been acquired into many collections. He exhibits extensively in both solo and group exhibitions.
