SMC Win Debating Grand Final!

Congratulations to St Mary’s College Year 11 students Ned Murry, Bassie Seeto, Andrew Dennis, Nathan Ottobrino and Ethan Payne who won the Debating Grand Final against Fairholme College this week.
It was an amazing debate—and a really close one! Ultimately, all the hard work, team effort, preparation and practice paid off.
This was their first year in the senior competition—which has extra elements and challenges compared to the junior competition—and they were up against a very experienced team of Year 12 students.
