Old Boy, Lech Blaine is an award winning creative writer and author. Baine’s work has been published in a range of places, including Best Australian Essays, The Monthly, and The Guardian. He was a recipient of a Griffith Review Queensland Writers Fellowship, and in 2017 he won the Queensland Premier’s Young Publishers and Writers Award. In 2019, he was awarded a Lord Mayor’s Emerging Artist Fellowship.
Graduate, Nic Plowman is an artist with a dedication to traditional and experimental practices. His narratives stem from his life experiences-living with a heart condition, facing cancer and surviving a near fatal accident. Plowman has been awarded residencies in Australia and internationally, and his work has been acquired into many collections. He exhibits extensively in both solo and group exhibitions.
Nicholas Britnell was the lead dancer in the St Mary's College Rock Eisteddfod team that won in 2008. After school, he studied the ED5 International Advanced Diploma of Performing Arts. In 2013, he secured a contract with Disneyland in Tokyo where he performed as Captain Hook. Britnell then moved to London to perform in Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty, before returning to Australia where he continues to perform today.
